Monika Mašanauskaitė (piano acompañante)
Monika Mašanauskaitė is a lithuanian pianist. Currently she studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland under professors Fali Pavri and Aaron Shorr. Between 2014 and 2015 she studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre with Professor Zbignevas Ibelhauptas. Afterward she did one year course at Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona with prof. Stanislav Pochekin.
In 2016, spring she won the first prize and performances contract in international competition Joventuts Musicals de Vilafranca del Penedès in Spain. Monika has been succesfully participating in many international competitions and festivals in Europe. Pianist has played with Kaunas State Symphony Orchestra, Kaunas Juozas Naujalis gymnasium Orchestra and Conservatoire Liceu Youth Orchestra. Young pianist has a great experience performing not only as a soloist but also as a chamber music player.
She also had played in Kaunas Juozas Naujalis Gymnasium Orchestra and this November, Monika had played as a celeste player in Royal Scottish National Orchestra. She has participated in master classes given by famous pianists, including P. Devoyon, M. Voskresensky, H. Cartier-Bresson, I. Lasko, J. Havill, M. Roscoe, C. Elton, P. Giusiano and M. Beroff. For her international awards and achievements, Monika received acknowledgements from the President and the Prime Minister of Lithuania.
